The Adonis Method

One of the easiest things you can do to instantly convey higher value is to just slow down. I know…I have oft had a problem with this in my delivery. When I am in an attraction location [i.e. bars, lounges, nightclubs], I tend to be in fun state. This often makes me start speaking much faster than is optimal. If you have ever seen any of the major gurus in action [which I have] you will notice that every one of them talks slow with great enunciation and vocal inflection. High value guys tend to do this naturally.

This all reminds me of when I was managing the gentlemen’s club in Las Vegas. The most important thing I could tell a dancer on how to become instantly more sexy on stage was to just sloooooow…..dooooooown. I would tell them not even to particularly pay attention to the beat. Just move slow and deliberately. FYI, a sure sign that an exotic dancer is a rookie is that she will dance spastically like she might do in a club or like a go-go dancer would. I will admit that there is a certain appeal to this style of dancing, but it is not nearly as sensual and erotic as an exotic dancer moving slowly and precisely on a pole. The funny thing is, she expends far less energy than her more inexperienced exotic dancer or girl in the club.

The same is true for you as you approach and seduce a woman. Sloooow dooooown!! It is far more sensual and exciting for a woman to listen to a guy who is articulate and slowly rhythmic with his voice. Also, with your body language. I have a tendency to become really animated and start flailing my arms around when talking about things or to people that really get me excited. I end up looking like the rookie exotic dancer!!

So guys, when you’re out in field make a conscious effort to just slow down! You’ll be surprised what such a little thing will do to the quality of your game!
